introducing new yoga classes suitable for beginners, intermediate and those returning to yoga after a break.
Classes will be based on traditional HATHA and vinyasa yoga style, and will incorporate poses for climbers!
classes will aim to include a meditation at the end, and brief tips on the way to improve mental and physical mental health.
