  • introducing new yoga classes suitable for beginners, intermediate and those returning to yoga after a break.

  • Classes will be based on traditional HATHA and vinyasa yoga style, and will incorporate poses for climbers!

  • classes will aim to include a meditation at the end, and brief tips on the way to improve mental and physical mental health.

  • all welcome!

  • 50 min sessions

  • 12:30-1:20 every monday

  • Starts mon 15th jan 

  • 4 week block £30 or £8 pay on the door
