  • First time climbing:

  • Yes, first-time climbers need to register online before their first visit. After that, you can just turn up whenever you want to climb – no need to book in advance!

  • Nope! You don’t need to book a slot to climb at our bouldering wall. Just show up, and we’ll get you climbing – we never turn people away.

  • That’s perfectly fine! Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been here before, you don’t need a booking to climb. We’ll always make sure everyone gets a chance to climb, and we never turn people away.

  • Just wear comfortable, flexible clothing suitable for movement, and we recommend wearing climbing shoes. If you don’t have your own shoes, you can rent a pair from us at the venue.

  • With your day pass, you’re welcome to stay as long as you like. Take breaks in between climbs, and feel free to hang out in our café or use our facilities.

  • Bringing children to climb

  • No, there’s no need to book in advance for your children to climb! However, all children must be registered before their first visit. You, as the supervising adult, will also need to register yourself, as all individuals entering the mat area – whether climbing, supervising, or spectating – must be registered.

  • Yes, all children under 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. The supervising adult needs to stay on the mats with the children, ensuring their safety.

  • There is no age limit for children as long as they are supervised by an adult. All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For safety, the supervising adult must stay on the mat with the children while they climb.

    • The ratio is 1 adult to every 2 children.

    • For children younger than 5, the ratio is 1 adult to 1 child, and the adult must not climb to ensure the safety of the child at all times.

  • Yes, you can! However, if you're supervising children under 5, you won’t be able to climb while keeping a close eye on them for safety reasons.

  • Children aged 14 and older may be signed off to climb unsupervised, but they will need to pass an assessment with one of our coaches to make sure they can climb safely. This process must be organized via email and booked in advance. Keep in mind, children will need to have prior climbing experience before they can be signed off to climb independently.

  • If you're bringing a group of minors (under 18), we ask that you book a group session in advance to ensure we can accommodate everyone safely. This helps us maintain the proper supervision ratios and offer a great experience for your group.

Group sessions must be booked in advance and are designed to provide a fun and safe climbing experience. Our 1-hour sessions include a warm-up, an introduction to bouldering, and can incorporate climbing games or a focus on specific techniques. Whether it's a first-time introduction or refining skills, our coaches will tailor the session to your group's needs.

  • Yes, we offer personalized 1-to-1 coaching that can be arranged via email. Sessions are fully tailored to your goals, whether you're a beginner looking for an introduction to climbing or an experienced climber wanting to break through a plateau. Our coaches will work with you to design a session that focuses on the areas you want to improve.
