Events cancellation and no show Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Notification Requirement: All cancellations must be notified by email to info@avidclimbing.co.uk.
Full Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund/Compensation:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not receive a refund for the competition ticket. However, if the customer purchased a day pass, a day pass session will be added to their account, which can be used on another day.
- The added day pass session has no expiration date.
- The added day pass session is non-transferable and cannot be relocated to another customer.
2. No Show Policy
- In cases of no show, Avid Climbing cannot issue any refund or relocation of the day pass. No exceptions will be made.
